Dimplez 4 Dayz - Dimplez Dreamz Youth Workforce Fellowship

Delivers educational, employment, and training services for youth in 8th to12th grades in Philadelphia. Provides in-person, one-on-one case management services, mentorships, incentives, supportive services, occupational skills, work experience training, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development. Also focuses on behavioral training methods to reduce violence, such as conflict resolution and finding common ground with one another.

ACHIEVEability - 60th Street Strong

Provides youth and young adults ages 14 to 26 who are impacted by or perpetrators of gun violence with an opportunity to receive paid employment training, skills, and mentorship. Services includes paid job training with local businesses for 3 to 6 months, wraparound support services, job coaching, and monthly community events driven by youth to foster community cohesion.

A one-stop shop for career and employment services that include: * PA's job search website that is free to employers and job seekers. New job postings daily. * Workshops and information sessions are available to the public. Can be found on the events calendar. * Comprehensive Career Services - One-on-one with an employment planner. For adults 18 years and up. Must meet federal eligibility requirements. * Work one-on-one with an employment planner to develop an employment plan and outline the path to their next job.
