Offers a 6-week summer employment program for Allegheny County residents ages 14-24. Participants have the opportunity to earn money, gain work experience, and develop soft skills to help become college and career ready.
Offers access to a resource library that includes: computers with internet access and resume writing software; PA CareerLink registration; resume packets; information on interviewing skills and writing cover and follow-up letters; labor market and training provider information; job listings; information on local agencies, services, and resources; and phone, fax, and copier access for job searching.

Provides a series of employment exploration experiences for youth by starting them out in the nonprofit and public sectors. Once youth have displayed basic job skills and a positive work attitude, they are offered the opportunity to attend YouthWorks Job Readiness Training and compete for a placement in the private sector. In general, 14 and 15 year olds participate in career exploration, for which they are paid a stipend. 15 and 16 year olds, as well as older youth with no prior work experience, are placed in entry-level positions in their community for which they receive an hourly wage.

Offers a 21-week training program for young adults in Philadelphia who are interested in careers in information technology. Participants are eligible for monthly SEPTA passes through maintaining regular attendance, gift cards and other incentives as they earn industry-recognized credentials, and paid internships.
