Assists individuals and families who have been displaced from their homes in finding and paying for pet-friendly accommodation in the wake of a residential fire or other disaster. Provides supplies and pet hotel fees for animals involved in residential fires or other emergency incidents in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.

Offers education to the community, especially children, on ways in which we can better care for ourselves and the environment while helping animals in need. Interacting with animals and understanding our place in the ecosystem is an integral part of children’s growth. As a rare farm animal sanctuary and a working farm, Indraloka is uniquely positioned to provide this critical development opportunity.

Offers assistance to alleviate the burden on the non-profit organizations on the front lines of the animal rescue and enable families and individuals for whom excellent veterinary care may otherwise be unaffordable, to keep their animal companions and provide them with the very best. This project, funded by the generosity of our community, works to support rescued animals and the humans who help them.

Offers resources and assistance to help individuals and families keep pets rather than feel forced to rehome them or surrender them to the shelter.

Provides a shelter for neglected, unwanted, or abused horses.

Provides a 24-hour hotline for persons with animal concerns and problems; pet ambulance for ill or injured stray animals; pet placement and referral services; information on and referral to rabies resources; and education to pet owners. Also investigates complaints of cruelty to animals and can prosecute pet owners for cruelty.

Provides dog rescue and adoption services that supports housing and medical care of foster dogs; sponsorship of dogs in need of veterinary care and assistance to special groups like Seeing Eye Dogs and Therapy Dogs. Offers school and public programs to share information on rescues, puppy mills, the importance of neutering, and current legislation.

Provides rescue and rehabilitation services for dogs from all walks of life- strays, owner surrenders, humane cases, and dogs facing euthanasia due to overcrowding in shelters. Dogs are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, brought up to date on shots, and health issues are addressed prior to adoption.

Operates a no-kill shelter that offers animal adoption and a low-cost spay/neuter program for cats.

Operates animal rescue shelter and pet adoption program. Sponsors low cost veterinary clinics and a low cost spay/neuter program.

Operates a no-kill rabbit-exclusive shelter that provides medical care and spay/ neuter services. Also offers adoption and fostering of abandoned and surrendered rabbits. Volunteer opportunities available.

Provides temporary shelter to stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals for the purpose of finding them permanent homes. Offers animal adoption, surrender, and spay/neuter services.

Operates a volunteer-run no-kill cat rescue for the housing, care, and treatment of sick, injured, abused, homeless, and disabled cats and kittens.

Operates a fully-licensed wildlife clinic that specializes in the care of native Pennsylvania wildlife.
