Accepts anonymous reports of animal cruelty or neglect from Lebanon County residents. All calls are investigated.

Also provides 24-hour rescue and emergency assistance to homeless animals in distress. Investigators check out all reports of cruelty or abuse and prosecutes when warranted. The shelter takes in stray or lost animals at no charge and accepts pet animals for a surrender fee. Once the animals are signed over to the shelter the staff takes on the responsibility of finding loving new homes or the owner of those animals that have been lost.
