Offers monthly TNR (trap, neuter, return) clinics to provide low cost spay and neuter services for feral and free-roaming stray cats that live outside in Lebanon County.

Promotes the welfare and humane treatment of animals and serves as an advocate on their behalf.

Offers an affordable spay/neuter program for those unable to afford the cost of having feral cats altered. Services also provided for those owning unconfined pet cats.

Provides Trap Neuter Return services to the community through high- and small-volume clinics and regular appointments with participating veterinarians and other non-profit programs.
