Offers a wide array of non-residential community support programs for adults with specials needs including older adult learning centers, vocational needs, including older adult learning centers, vocational training, and other support programs and day programs.

Helps develop functional skills and discover talents through volunteer opportunities and engaging social activities. Activities include visiting parks, swimming, bowling, horseback riding, baseball games, fitness, and more. Instructs clients in a variety of social, community, technology, personal and vocational skills. Offers volunteer opportunities including assisting in delivering meals, at food pantries, local churches, hospitals, community gardening, animal shelters, libraries and more.

Offers life skills (Community Participation Supports), job coaching, habilitation assistance (Companion), residential Sservices (Life Sharing through Family Living and Community Residential Habilitation), and behavior support services.

Provides home and community based services to enable older adults to remain in their home.

Provides structured activities that are planned and offered five days and two evenings every week. These programs offer opportunities for participants to develop relationship skills while participating in group and community activities.

Provides a day center for adults who are not able to spend a full day alone in their own homes safely. Offers breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner, as well as showers with safety equipment and assistance. Medical needs and medications are monitored, and a nurse capable of administering medications is on site. Physical, occupation, and speech therapists also visit regularly.

Provides social and recreational opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities to make friends, build connections in their communities, and participate in a variety of activities designed to help them pursue their individual interests and goals.

Offers adult Daycare. Assists with services provided daily that include: Nursing Supervision, Health monitoring, Therapeutic activities, Individualized Care Plans, Physical exercise, Games, arts and crafts, Entertainment, Nutritious hot meals, Personal Care, and Snacks.

Adult Day Programs - Day programs are created to meet each individual’s needs and skill set. Both licensed and unlicensed day programs are held in a safe and caring environment with a team of human service professionals. Adult Residential Programs - Support is provided to individuals in community homes or life sharing with a host family. Each individual is evaluated to determine which living environment will work best for them depending on their needs, wants, and goals. Behavioral Services - Behavior support services use empirically-validated practices to identify the causes of, intervene to prevent, and create appropriate reactions to problematic behavior. Vocational Training - Vocational Training provides the supports individuals need to successfully find and maintain a job. Individuals receive assistance to build their resume and discover their skills and abilities. Companionship Services - A companion is a Direct Services Professional that provides support in the individuals own home while

Provides services to individuals who are physically impaired or are limited by the ability to function independently in the community or at home. Services include personalized care assistance, therapeutic activities, daily meals, family support, laundry, and a nurse on staff available to monitor daily health and assist with medications.

Planned program of activities, nutritious meals, and gentle exercise is designed to promote mental and social stimulation, and provide greater structure to daily activities

Provides a variety of supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enhance their abilities and interests. Services include supported living, in-home supports, day programs, group living, intermediate care facilities, supports coordination, and respite care.

Provides activities which helps to enable program participants to lead successful lives and connect to their community in meaningful ways. Utilizing both individual and small group settings, direct support professionals emphasize training activities that improve fine/gross motor coordination and promote independent care skills. Also offers the Work Activity Center. Program participants earn a paycheck while learning job skills and concepts. Through hands-on instruction, participants carry out contract work for area private companies.

Coordinates and carries out services designed to allow individuals with disabilties to work and live as independently as possible in the community. Services include day programs, community partcipation, vocational training, adult training facility, community integrated employment and school to work transition services.
