Offers Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), also called "wraparound," to children and adolescents with complex psychological or behavioral needs. Services are available in the home, community, and/or school.

Uses High Fidelity wraparound, a process developed as a way of multiple systems coming together with a child and family and creating a highly individualized plan to address complex emotional issues. The key characteristics of the process are that the plan is developed by a family centered team, is individualized based on the strengths and culture of the child and their family and is needs rather than services driven. It allows the youth and family to identify their unique needs and develop an individualized plan guiding them to recovery.

Benefits those with more serious emotional and behavioral challenges, including autism. Typical issues covered are: social skills, anger management, problem solving, classroom behavior, self-respect, and family interactions.
