Provide the following services: ADL's, bathing, blood pressure monitoring and care, bowel care, caregiver notes, denture care, dressing assistance, exercise support, feeding, grooming assistance, housekeeping, hygiene support and monitoring, IADL's, incontinence support, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, monitoring catheter output, monitoring fluid intake, monitoring oxygen use, shopping and errands, special diets, toileting, transfer assistance, transportation and turning. All aides are trained in accordance with the guidelines of the PA Dept of Health. Staff must go through background checks. Caregivers are screened for tuberculosis and are certified in CPR. All aides are insured and bonded and covered by workers compensation.

Provides non-skilled In-Home Caregivers to help clients gain and maintain new independence in essential activities of daily life. Services include bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, food prep, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, socializing, encouraging engagement, and respite for family caregivers. PennCares community habilitation services-for adults ages 21 and up with intellectual disabilities. PennCares community habilitation services foster personal growth with goal-oriented activities to develop and enhance independent living, recreation, socialization, and other life skills.

Provides a variety of services designed to help seniors remain independent while living in their own home or other living arrangement. Non-medical home services include: Cooking Light housekeeping Companionship Personal grooming and dressing Shopping Doctor visits Transportation Yard work Mobility assistance House maintenance and small repairs Overnight stays (24-hour care) Long-distance check-ins Respite care Alzheimer/Dementia care

Offers residential homes, residential support, supported employment, self-advocacy, day services, and habilitation.

Provides comprehensive, non-medical homecare and personal care assistance. Services include personal care, companionship services, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), respite care, stroke recovery assistance, and dementia care.

Provides early intervention and prevention services to eligible homebound seniors (to be determined by a comprehensive assessment), are advocacy, home delivered meals, homemaker service (temporary) house cleaning, laundry assistance, minor home repairs, senior companions, adaptive equipment and transportation.

Provides home health services to assist persons with disabilities and older adults with activities of daily living (ADL) to promote independent living; Services include: A) Homemaker services such as shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation B) Fiscal management C) Personal care Assistance with self-administered medications, feeding, bathing, grooming, assistance with ambulation, toileting, and transfer activities D) Attendant care for eligible adults under the age of 60, who are mentally alert and physically disabled, helping them live as independently as possible in their own homes while they seek or maintain employment E) Respite care F) Service coordination and Activities of daily living

Provides home health care, hospice, home-based palliative care, and private duty home care services.

Provides faith-based support and services including a day program as well as home and community-based services.

Provides services to assist clients in caring for their homes, such as laundry, cleaning, and basic home maintenance.

Provides non-medical caregiver assistant care services that include bathing, transfers from bed to wheelchair, personal grooming, hygiene, homemaking, meal preparation, family respite, medication reminders, safety supervision, Alzheimer care, companionship, and transportation.

Provides a professional homemaker to take care of responsiblities that include meal planning and prep, washing dishes, light housekeeping, laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, pet care, and plant care. Homemaker can be a few hours a week or full time.

Homemaker service for under age 60 provides non-medical personal care services, light housekeeping duties, run errands, and grocery shop.

Provides comprehensive health care services including skilled nursing, personal care aides, and rehabilitation. Services include bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, medication reminders, dressing, meal preparation, physical therapy, speech therapy, nutritional counseling, skilled nursing, occupational therapy, and wound care.

Provides nonskilled caregiving, pediatric care, and developmental services for individuals in need of -in-home assistance.

Provides part-time, in-home homemaker or chore services to low income adults who have disabilities and no caregivers to assist them.

Provides assistance to eligible veterans. Service options include homemaker services, personal care and assistance, and respite care.

Operates an after-school program from September to May. Offers summer enrichment program at a designated Harrisburg City Park. Provides homework assistance, tutoring, one-on-one and group mentoring, culinary arts classes, sewing classes, financial literacy classes, literacy circle, arts and crafts, CPR/First Aid training, various recreational activities, and much more.

Provide care to older persons living at home. Offers a variety of in-home services to promote safety, independence, wellness and success. Offer dementia education for both caregivers and professionals Geriatric Care Managers evaluate the needs of the client through a comprehensive assessment process and establish a plan of care based on the client's strengths, personal values, interest, current environment and resources.

Provides light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, respite care, and/or personal care for the elderly, new mothers or accident victims.
