A ministry that connects churches with the needs of the community. Some examples of the volunteer services provided are personal care, friendly visits, transportation, homemaking assistance, home maintenance, budget guidance, respite care, and tutoring/mentoring. Financial aid not available.

Provides non-medical In-home care services to eligible participants in the Community Health Choices(CHC) program. Services include but are not limited to assistance with daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping, companionship and shopping errands. In addition to the CHC/Waiver program, Angels On Call also provides services to participants seeking care with Private Duty, VetAssist, Adult Protective Services and ODP programs. Our agency aides also provide care for participants dealing with disease management, and dementia & Alzheimer’s.

Provides opportunity for students assist senior citizens in completing routine light-duty household chores, yard work, snow shoveling, pet care, basic electronics set-up, and etc.

Offers short-term services to older adults who are in need of assistance to remain or regain their independence in their home. Services include adult day care services, CCT Transportation, home delivered meals, companionship, respite care, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, incontinence supplies, nutritional supplements, and more.

Offers a free, one-time general housecleaning to eligible individuals.

Provides in-home and community-based services including bathing and dressing assistance, personal hygiene, ambulation assistance, incontinence care, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and home making, laundry and linen, errand service/shopping, and more. Provides both personal care and respite care.

Provides limited homemaker services with light housekeeping, laundry, and assistance with grocery shopping. This service is only available when the person's physical health prevents them from helping themselves, and there are no other resources. Only available if personal care is needed.

Provides light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, respite care, and/or personal care for the elderly, new mothers or accident victims.

Provides companionship services and assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other activities.

Provides private, semi-private, and apartment style accommodations. Memory support services are provided on-site. We offer multiple dining venues, recreational and social opportunities, and twenty-four hour care.

Provides a variety of services designed to help seniors remain independent while living in their own home or other living arrangement. Provides services that primarily include laundry and shopping. Allows for bed changes to be added to the home support services.

Provides non-medical home care services including personal care, companionship, respite care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Services are designed to help clients remain safe and independent in their homes. The Care Together program offers discounted care for additional household members receiving support.

Services can include a licensed nurse to assist with skilled ongoing medical need, a certifiled home health aide to assist with personal care, light housekeeping and meal preparation; or a companion to be there for support, to run errand, etc.

Offers a full range of home care services that include nursing, housekeeping, meal preparation, incontinence management, medical dressing, palliative care, and physical therapy.

Supports individuals that require 24-hour supervision and assistance with daily living skills as well as individuals that require 30 hours or fewer per week of supervision. Provides respite care, medication reminders, memory support, ambulation assistance, standard precautions, vital signs monitoring, foley and colostomy care, hoyer lift assistance, infection control, companionship, light housekeeping, incontinence care, meal preparation, and transportation to doctor appointments.

Offers in-home support for women with cancer while they are dealing with chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or treatment, as well as companionship at cancer-related appointments, if needed.

Provide the following services: ADL's, bathing, blood pressure monitoring and care, bowel care, caregiver notes, denture care, dressing assistance, exercise support, feeding, grooming assistance, housekeeping, hygiene support and monitoring, IADL's, incontinence support, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, monitoring catheter output, monitoring fluid intake, monitoring oxygen use, shopping and errands, special diets, toileting, transfer assistance, transportation and turning. All aides are trained in accordance with the guidelines of the PA Dept of Health. Staff must go through background checks. Caregivers are screened for tuberculosis and are certified in CPR. All aides are insured and bonded and covered by workers compensation.

Provides non-medical in home care, personal care, around the home services, companion services, and transportation.

Offers the following services to eligible elderly or disabled clients: assistance with personal care and hygiene; homemaker services such as light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation; transportation; respite services; companion services; and case management. Also offers the Senior Health Specialist Program through which registered nurses provide health screenings and counseling, disease management education, nutrition education, and medication review for senior clients.
