Provides special needs, domestic and international adoption services and placements. Licensed provider of adoption home studies. Provides foster care placement services. Short-term placement options such as shelter or respite foster care, and long-term options such as specialized/intensive foster care are included. Family Visitation/Transportation Program provides transportation and supervision of visitations between children in substitute care and their non-custodial parents/relatives. Offers weekly one-hour supervised visits for Non-Custodial parents. Visits are held only on Tuesday or Thursday evenings.

Safe Connections is a safe visitation program for families of domestic violence, child abuse, etc. Safe visitation and exchange is the goal of the program, currently available to children residing in Clearfield County.

Offers services to to protect children from abuse and neglect, to preserve families whenever possible, and to ensure that every child has a safe, permanent home. Includes general protective services, substitute care, and family-centered services to avoid out-of-home placement.

Provides monitored exchange, semi-supervised, and supervised visitation programs.

Works to protect children and youth from abuse and neglect through protective and preventive services. Services include counseling, case management, parenting education, foster home care, adoption services, court-ordered custody evaluations, supervised visitation, re-unification, and permanent placement. Also contracts with other providers for group home care, residential care, life skills education, day care, day treatment, and supervised independent living.
