Teaches parenting and independent living skills to parents with intellectual disabilities and follows the development of their children until the youngest child is age 18. Services are home-based. The number of hours of service per week is determined by the needs of the family.

Provides home based therapy and parenting education for parents of children 0-3 with hearing loss and speech/language issues.

Provides a parent assistance line to help parents of children with special needs receive information concerning special education issues. Puts together a team to monitor a particular classroom(s) in a school building when a request is made by a parent or task force member. Provides information to the Bureau of Special Education for auditing purposes.

Provides a parent assistance line to help parents of children with special needs get information concerning special education issues. Works collaboratively with administrators from the Pittsburgh Public Schools and with community agencies to improve, strengthen, and expand educational services for students with disabilities in the Pittsburgh Public Schools.

Offers a wide variety of support programs for parents and guardians of children with mental health and behavioral challenges. Services include peer-to-peer support, education, and advocacy.

Offers a support group for parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Offers Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Therapeutic horseback riding, nutritional and educational programs, social networking, caregiver support, respite services, youth programs, and summer camps.
