Offers a prevention-based strategy that teaches young people conflict resolution techniques that empowers them to become change agents in their communities and schools by promoting peace. Provides a series of violence-prevention workshops offered in a structured manner so that young people can learn to de-escalate situations that have the potential for violence, thereby, reducing violence.

Provides conflict resolution for individuals who are unable to resolve the conflict themselves. Allows the individuals the opportunity to openly express their concerns and agree to resolve their conflict in a orderly manner.

Offers a two-part program focused on cultivating a restorative framework and restorative practices. Part One educates participants about restorative mental models through a 32-hour training facilitated during a nature-based retreat. During Part Two, participants conduct a participatory action research project exploring marronage (a community-based realization of freedom) in 12 sessions over 3 months. Program cohorts contain 10 youth. Participants are paid a $450 stipend.

Supports empowerment and leadership development of queer youth of color through individual coaching, group support, and community engagement. Coaching addresses sexual health, education, homework assistance, job readiness, employment, conflict resolution, and trauma. Offers a 12-week intervention program for males that utilizes cognitive and behavioral modification techniques to help men get beyond the use of violence as a social tool to settle problems and conflicts. Includes sessions on conflict resolution, personal growth, social rehabilitation/habitation, and life management skills. Participants receive a monetary gift card upon completing the program.

Offers free counseling to families with children and young adults ages 8 to 21 years old who are experiencing conflict, struggling to create or maintain a positive home environment, or having difficulty managing a child or teenager's behavior.

One-time workshops for youth and parents to practice conflict management and communication skills.

A 43-acre camp located in Orefield, PA offering therapeutic, challenge-based recreation and adventure for youth. Overnight camps (week-long and weekend) include Adventures in Arts, Adventures in Leadership, & Adventures in STEM. Offers a variety of other activities through its Catalyst Adventure Learning program.

Delivers educational, employment, and training services for youth in 8th to12th grades in Philadelphia. Provides in-person, one-on-one case management services, mentorships, incentives, supportive services, occupational skills, work experience training, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development. Also focuses on behavioral training methods to reduce violence, such as conflict resolution and finding common ground with one another.

Helps settle most disputes via conflict resolution services, including mediation and conflict coaching. Provides trained mediators for disputes involving neighbors, neighborhood groups, youth-related problems and fights, landlord/tenant, noise, trash, business/consumer, child custody, harassment/vandalism, and other minor criminal issues. Unable to address domestic violence-related situations.

Operates an interfaith organization created to educate groups and individuals in peaceful ways of resolving conflict, to nurture dialogue among diverse groups, and to be a partner in the ongoing struggle for human rights and a just world. Offers a resource library and and community outreach by working with organizations such as the NAACP and Interfaith Power and Light.

Offers mediation services as an alternative to the court for resolving disputes such as: landlord/tenant problems, "fence" disputes between neighbors, disputes involving children/youth, minor civil/criminal complaints, domestic disputes, business/consumer disputes, and multi-party/multi-issue disputes. Offers training on mediation skills and workshops and seminars on conflict management, communication skills building, team building, and negotiation for adults and youth.

Teaches youth anger management, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills

Offers a leadership development and mentoring program. Participants break into age-appropriate groups led by trained mentors and focus on self-awareness, character building, goal setting, time management, communication, social engagement, networking, conflict resolution, developmental skills, peer mentoring, and leadership skills.

Administers the special education dispute resolution system in Pennsylvania to include due process, mediation, and IEP facilitation. Creates agreement training and conflict resolution skills training that is also available to families and schools.
