Offers the Community Leadership Course for Veterans (CLCV), an initiative of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. aimed at leveraging the skills and experience of current and past military service members by exposing them to new leadership networks and opportunities for service to our community, and fast-tracking their success in the region as high-potential leaders.

Provides leadership and professional development workshops to all 12 GEAR UP high schools in the district. Each school is partnered with a corporation whose employees participate in the monthly workshops.

Provides a three semesters long program offered to 7th to 12th grade students in Erie County that include a variety of hands-on learning and family experiences that provide participants the opportunity for leadership development.

Two retreats focus on leadership skill training to enhance personal growth - Executive Orientation Services: Offered to new executives and their spouse/partner and consists of 5 sessions. Topics covered similar to the Core Class. Offers networking opportunities - Leadership Advantage: One-day workshop designed to offer a wide range of topics that support the work of volunteers and staff in non-profit organizations. Accounting, fundraising, board development and training are among the topics discussed - Board Leadership Academy: Series of half day sessions for non-profit board members and senior staff desiring more effective performance in their leadership roles

Offers nine-month program that uses a data-driven model of leadership development that outlines strategic approaches to cement the participants status as performers in their professional and community work.

Delivers educational, employment, and training services for youth in 8th to12th grades in Philadelphia. Provides in-person, one-on-one case management services, mentorships, incentives, supportive services, occupational skills, work experience training, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development. Also focuses on behavioral training methods to reduce violence, such as conflict resolution and finding common ground with one another.
