Provides community living for people with developmental disabilities through placement with a host family. Person-centered training for the foster family and the participating individual focuses on everyday living skills, family dynamics, and skill development.

Assists in supporting and matching available families with children in need. A per diem is available to assist in meeting the needs of these children.

Places children with foster families who have been specially trained to care for children with trauma, medical, mental or behavioral needs. Also provides placement for pregnant teens and teenage mothers and their babies.
