Overnight respite camp is modeled after their summer camp allowing them to provide two days and nights of respite for families. Held at the campus of the Pocono Environmental Education Center. Activities include seasonal and nature inspired arts and crafts, birdwatching, nature hikes, animal studies, foliage exploration and more. For ages 10 to adult. Staffing ratio 1:3. TSS and other staff welcome.

Provides a variety of supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enhance their abilities and interests. Services include supported living, in-home supports, day programs, group living, intermediate care facilities, supports coordination, and respite care.

Provides non-medical home health care. Assist with basic activities of daily living such as: bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Helps with medicine reminders, household chores, meal preparation, and assist with feeding and respite care. Offers transportation for doctor appointments as well as local errands.

Provides family caregivers and their loved ones a break from the typical care routine, while loved ones benefit from care and support provided within a safe, nurturing environment. Respite care services require a minimum five-night stay and may include: 24/7 on-site care provided by nurses and nursing assistants; assistance with personal care; medication management; social services support; all meals and daily housekeeping services, activities and special entertainment.

Provides a palliative approach to hospice care. A team of experienced health care professionals offers much needed help to anyone during this difficult time. Addresses physical, emotional, spiritual, and psycho-social needs which are unique to each individual and family. Works closely with your physician to address your specific goals. If no personal physician, one of the team physicians will direct care.

Provides specialized Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) care and supervision in a protective secure setting. Services include medication assistance, individualized care plan, health monitoring, nutritious meals and snacks, mind stimulating activities, exercise programs, community outings and projects, pet and music therapy. Also offers both drop-in and respite care when slots are available.

SERVICES: socialization & recreation, nutrition, transportation, supervision & basic personal care, reality orientation, and Self-help training can be found in the Adult Day Care Centers.
