Players (ages 8-21) and cheerleaders (8 and up) with mental and or physical limitations meet 10 weeks beginning the first Saturday in August to play football and cheer.

Also provides youth and adult volunteers and recreation programs. Adamstown YMCA has an active international youth exchange program and provides work experience programs.

Primarily a ski and snowboard club, offering discounted ski trips for all levels from beginners to experts. Also offer a variety of social events all year including bike rides, dances, hiking and picnics.

Provides social gatherings and travel opportunities to individuals with disabilities. Events include dances, theater, summer camps, bingo, and trips ranging from local overnight trips to destinations that include Florida, Mexico, Punta Cana, and cruises.

Offers in-person and virtual opportunities for older adults to meet and participate in activities that suit their interests and abilities. These include exercise, crafts, games, lectures, wellness programs, and social opportunities.

Provides safe and fun recreation activities to City youth all year long. The center has a full-size gymnasium, a game room, homework room, and cafeteria. During the year, daily activities include arts and crafts, board games, sports activities, tutoring, career development workshops and clubs. Also offers special events.

Offers aid to children for their chosen extracurricular activities. Examples include: music and art lessons, horseback riding, football, soccer, swimming, wrestling, basketball, baseball and cheerleading.

Participatory recreation with individual and team sports, physical fitness programs, basketball, volleyball, handball, floor hockey, and archery

Provides academic, recreation, and cultural activities, during the school year and during a six-week summer program. Provides snacks.

Offers group swim lessons.

Offers a safe place for students after school. Students receive a snack, assistance with homework, reading support, access to the gym, cooking classes, arts and crafts and additional planned activities in a supervised environment.

Recreational facility offers an indoor main pool, indoor splash pool (with water slide and water features), gymnasium with two full basketball courts and track, fitness center with over 60 cardio machines, free weights and strength circuit, recZone (youth activity room) and more. recKids child care: preschool, kindergarten and school age child care kidZone (free babysitting for members)

Presents and hosts arts and cultural programs that reflect, involve, and enrich our community. Anchoring the JCC's cultural arts program is the American Jewish Museum (AJM). Musical theater programs are offered for school-age youth and teens and the JCC offers dance classes for all ages.

Offers early childhood education the supports social, emotional, and physical development. Offers education on Jewish culture and the Hebrew language through music, movement, and outdoor play.

Offers a wide range of activities held in Lancaster such as swimming, bowling, social groups, water-skiing, horseback riding, and basketball. Also provides sign language interpretation for the deaf and hard of hearing. Offers residential camp and weekend respite opportunities.

Teaches fundamentals in a non-competitive atmosphere where everyone finds success. Teaches core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.

Provides a water fitness program, lap swimming, a lifeguard training course, recreational swimming opportunities, competitive swimming clubs, a diving program, and learn-to-swim lessons.

Provides Christian instruction and worship opportunities, some counseling, annual Christmas service for church and community, seasonal fellowship events, recreational activities such as picnics, crafts, bowling, etc.

Provides spiritual direction, academic assistance, and social support to children and teenagers. Services include an after-school program, martial arts, music instruction, tutoring, and homework help.

Offers intercollegiate sports and recreational programs.

Provides a day center for older adults who are not capable of full-time independent living. Services may include basic medical services, nursing services, nutrition, occupational therapy, physical therapy, recreation, transportation and more intensive personal care but vary by location.

Seasonal community outdoor ice rink offers ice skate weather dependant. May be rented for parties or other occasions.

Offers activities such as arts & crafts, summer tennis lessons, golf lessons, participatory sports, fitness programs and trips, 50's and 60's dances ballroom dancing, self-defense training, volleyball and basketball leagues, various seminars, and aquatic programs.
