Comprehensive Youth Development Afterschool Program. Academic Success: homework centers, college access, goals for graduation. Healthy Lifestyles: Fitness & nutrition, sports & recreation, alcohol, tobacco, and drug prevention, team sports. Good character & citizenship: volunteerism, character building, mentoring, leadership.

Offers beginner recreational gymnastics. The recreational gymnastics programs are designed to teach children fundamental gymnastics skills, sportsmanship, and to have fun while staying physically active.

Provides therapuetic fishing events, environmental service projects, and educational events and retreats for caregivers. Events are hosted on an 18-acre refuge with a trout stream, fruit orchard, lodge home, activities center, pavillion, fishing docks, trails, rest areas, and fire pit.

Offers summer activities include games, crafts, and playtime; winter activities include tumbling, mother's time-out program, crafts, swimming, and gym programs.

Provides health and wellness programs, fitness classes, Pre-K programs, rehabilitation programs, sports leagues (adult and youth), aquatics programs, swim lessons, Lifeguard and CPR classes, and summer day camps.

Provides comprehensive fitness and wellness programs including swimming, group exercise, and personal training, in state-of-the-art facilities including cardio machines and strength training equipment, heated indoor swimming pools, gymnasiums, walking track, racquetball/squash courts, and dance studios.

Provides youth with opportunities in equestrian sports and education by having them work for their riding instruction

Partners with schools and community centers across the city to offer wrestling programming to Philadelphia youth. Also offers a mentoring program at headquarters for high school participants of the wrestling program; mentoring includes homework help, test prep, and college/career readiness assistance in a safe environment.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level swim lessons.

Offers swimming lessons, swim team and lifeguard courses as well as aquatic exercises.

Church sponsored program for adults in the community. Friday activities for older adults (age 55+). All are welcome.

Offers athletics, arts, and STEAM programs for children and youth that provide instruction, practice, and play time. Sports available include baseball, basketball, flag football, e-sports, field hockey, soccer, softball, T-ball, ultimate frisbee, and more.

Provides programs for children and youth to help them learn and thrive. Activities include afterschool tutoring, athletics and sports, workforce development programming, writing and performing rap and hip hop music, and jazz music instruction. During the school year, there are weekly meetings available to parents and guardians to share experiences and gain access to more resources.

Operates a year-round park, patrolled by York County Park Rangers. Offers a trail that is a 10-foot-wide compacted stone surface designed for hiking, bicycling, running, and horseback riding, as well as winter sports such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Facilities along the trail include benches, picnic tables, and restrooms. Communities along the trail offer more extensive services and facilities.

Offers group swim lessons.

Offers involvement in competetive sports such as basketball, volleyball, racquetball and gymnastics. Additional activities include running club, swimming lessons (off site) and martial arts instruction.

Free aquatic classes for people 60 and over available throughout the community year round. Instructors lead participants thorough a one hour class that incorporates cardiovascular and strength exercises. Offers public riding lessons for from April through November. Winter lessons are held as weather permits.
