Offers youth and adult wellness, athletic, and aquatic programs. Transportation can be provided for certain programs. Provides school-age child care, a day camp, youth sporting programs, and a swim team. There are three branches in York County associated with this organization.

Provides an evening school with sessions in the Fall and Spring and feature a total of 100 courses on including GED, Adult Basic Education, and ESL classes as well as recreational and arts instruction.

Offers daily lunch, nutrition and general interest topics, daily living skills, exercise classes, computer and technology assistance , arts and crafts programs, day trips, and a cooling center.

Adult team sports: basketball, soccer, pickleball, volleyball and golf. Youth sports also available.

Provides academic, recreation, and cultural activities, during the school year and during a six-week summer program. Provides snacks.

Provides 6 40-minute classes per session at Erie High (Central), Strong Vincent and East School Swimming Pools. At the conclusion of the session, a progress report will be given to each child with a recommended level for the next session. Also offers a lifeguard skills class, lifeguard certification class, and open swim.

Provides social gatherings and travel opportunities to individuals with disabilities. Events include dances, theater, summer camps, bingo, and trips ranging from local overnight trips to destinations that include Florida, Mexico, Punta Cana, and cruises.

Offers an academic program that includes math, science, social studies, and 2.5 hours of literacy instruction daily. Students also have classes in art, PE, music, and yoga. Additional services include college counseling, Saturday school, summer school, field trips, and social services for students and their families.

Provides activities and events annually for those with autism and special needs and their families.

Operates a fitness facility, offering a regular schedule of classes and activities for all ages. Facility is open year round. YMCA swimming lessons are held at the Catasauqua Pool during the summer. Offers beginner tennis lessons for new players or intermediate/ advance classes are for individuals who have some experience and can hit a tossed ball consistently.

Provides year-round recreational activities for individuals with disabilities including adaptive snow and water skiing, paddling, cycling, bowling, and other activities. Activities held at least once per month.

Hosts a weekly community cookout providing food, games, and activities for the community at Jefferson Park.

Provides children age 3 to 18 with role models and a safe place to go after school, on weekends and during the summer months. Offers dance, swimming, sustainable design, tutoring help, robotics and more. Adult fitness memberships, as well as training, and meeting rooms are available during non-youth program periods.
