Each day, Y staff leads hands-on-activities such as group games, board games, group sports, group fitness, art, and music. Free summer lunch is served daily. After-school program including assistance succeeding in and finishing high school, a healthy and supportive after school environment, and training in fundamental job-site and vocational skills, as well as sailing, rowing, paddling and boat shop projects.

Invites all sportsmen and sportswomen to share their harvest. Seeks and offers deer, turkey, bear, and fish.

Provides local opportunities for veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity. Hosts weekly fitness activities, monthly social events, and participates in local races and events together.

Offers over 60 different classes and activities weekly including exercise classes as well as trips, dominos, electronic darts, chess, shuffleboard, movies and bridge. Some classes are free while others charge a small fee. Call for more information.

Adult team sports: basketball, soccer, pickleball, volleyball and golf. Youth sports also available.

Provides 6 40-minute classes per session at Erie High (Central), Strong Vincent and East School Swimming Pools. At the conclusion of the session, a progress report will be given to each child with a recommended level for the next session. Also offers a lifeguard skills class, lifeguard certification class, and open swim.

Offers a wide range of recreational activities for individuals and families of all ages. Available activities include swimming, fitness classes, youth sports, and open gym times, designed to promote physical health, fun, and social interaction.

Provides after-school, weekend and summer programs for youth and teens. The programs include day camp, youth skill programs, youth recreation/swimming, and other values based programming. Also provides youth and adult volunteers and recreation programs. Adamstown YMCA has an active international youth exchange program and provides work experience programs.

Players (ages 8-21) and cheerleaders (8 and up) with mental and or physical limitations meet 10 weeks beginning the first Saturday in August to play football and cheer.

Offers a recreational facility for individuals with disabilities also offers dance and movement therapy and basketball leagues. Offers different programs for young adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, older adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, and visually impaired adults.

Offers daily after-school programming. Activities include homework assistance; weekly STEM learning workshops with partner organizations covering topics such as coding, forensic science, and aquaponics; and physical education such as fitness classes and soccer clinics.
