Loans vision-related assistive technology, conducts eye exams, and supplies eyeglasses for those who cannot afford them through referrals or funding. Also provides employment opportunities for individuals who are legally blind, and public education to prevent blindness and vision impairment.

Features a park with two lakes, Lake Redman and Lake Williams, both offering numerous water-related activities such as fishing, boating, and launching. Provides boat rentals at Lake Redman, including rowboats, paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks, and offers a single boat launch with limited trailer parking at Lake Williams (gas motors prohibited). Features five reservable picnic pavilions, a playground, a volleyball court, and horseshoe pits near Lake Redman. Permits limited hunting with special permits. Maintains over 12 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking.

Offers broad-based rowing and paddling programs for beginners and experienced individuals. Provides youth rowing and paddling programs and helps to establish rowing and paddling programs in area high schools, colleges and universities. Also offers accessible and adaptive rowing programs and teaches basic rowing and paddling techniques to area residents of all ages and walks of life.

Provides therapuetic fishing events, environmental service projects, and educational events and retreats for caregivers. Events are hosted on an 18-acre refuge with a trout stream, fruit orchard, lodge home, activities center, pavillion, fishing docks, trails, rest areas, and fire pit.

Offers a baseball program for individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities. The program runs from April through June each year.

Offers athletics, arts, and STEAM programs for children and youth that provide instruction, practice, and play time. Sports available include baseball, basketball, flag football, e-sports, field hockey, soccer, softball, T-ball, ultimate frisbee, and more.

Offers a recreational facility for individuals with disabilities also offers dance and movement therapy and basketball leagues. Offers different programs for young adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, older adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, and visually impaired adults.

Provides facilities offering recreational activities and sports, leisure and arts instruction, swimming and physical fitness lessons, and also first aid instruction.

Operates a year-round park, patrolled by York County Park Rangers. Offers a trail that is a 10-foot-wide compacted stone surface designed for hiking, bicycling, running, and horseback riding, as well as winter sports such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Facilities along the trail include benches, picnic tables, and restrooms. Communities along the trail offer more extensive services and facilities.

Offers a flag football program for children to learn the fundamentals of the game, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a biblical model they can apply each day.
