Provides children age 3 to 18 with role models and a safe place to go after school, on weekends and during the summer months. Offers dance, swimming, sustainable design, tutoring help, robotics and more. Adult fitness memberships, as well as training, and meeting rooms are available during non-youth program periods.

EASE provides maritime opportunities for individuals with mental and physical challenges. Specially designed sailboats, called Hansa Dinghies, provide a safe, effective platform for sailors to enjoy barrier-free sailing. A team of highly-skilled volunteers, mainly teachers, volunteer their time to create a nurturing, empowering experience.

Provides programs for children and youth to help them learn and thrive. Activities include afterschool tutoring, athletics and sports, workforce development programming, writing and performing rap and hip hop music, and jazz music instruction. During the school year, there are weekly meetings available to parents and guardians to share experiences and gain access to more resources.

Provides recreational activities for children ages 3 to 6. Focuses on social development, independence, the development of new friendships, and the strengthening of self-esteem. Children are placed in coeducational groups by age. Activities included swimming lessons, recreational swimming, music, drama, arts, crafts, nature, computers, sports, games, and themed weeks.

Provides social gatherings and travel opportunities to individuals with disabilities. Events include dances, theater, summer camps, bingo, and trips ranging from local overnight trips to destinations that include Florida, Mexico, Punta Cana, and cruises.

Offers activities such as arts & crafts, summer tennis lessons, golf lessons, participatory sports, fitness programs and trips, 50's and 60's dances ballroom dancing, self-defense training, volleyball and basketball leagues, various seminars, and aquatic programs.

Promotes running, racing, and healthy living in York County.

Offers after school and summer programs for area youth (preschool to 18 years old) in sports, aquatics, robotics, dance, gymnastics, design, media lab, and homework tutoring.

Offers an innovative individualized leisure and recreation program that works with older adults with serious and persistent mental illness and a history of long term psychiatric hospitalization. Helps develop an individual plan of recreation and leisure activities based on each client's interests.

Provides recreational sport opportunities for children in kindergarten to junior high school.

Offers youth and adult wellness, athletic, and aquatic programs. Transportation can be provided for certain programs. Provides school-age child care, a day camp, youth sporting programs, and a swim team. There are three branches in York County associated with this organization.

Provides 6 40-minute classes per session at Erie High (Central), Strong Vincent and East School Swimming Pools. At the conclusion of the session, a progress report will be given to each child with a recommended level for the next session. Also offers a lifeguard skills class, lifeguard certification class, and open swim.

Provides safe and fun recreation activities to City youth all year long. The center has an elementary-size gymnasium, a game room, homework room, and cafeteria. During the year, daily activities include arts and crafts, board games, sports activities, tutoring, career development workshops and clubs. Also offer special events.

Provides after-school, weekend and summer programs for youth and teens. The programs include day camp, youth skill programs, youth recreation/swimming, and other values based programming. Also provides youth and adult volunteers and recreation programs. Adamstown YMCA has an active international youth exchange program and provides work experience programs.

Offers a youth basketball program designed to develop fundamental basketball skills while teaching teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship.

Offers summer activities include games, crafts, and playtime; winter activities include tumbling, mother's time-out program, crafts, swimming, and gym programs.

Offers full funding for year-round boxing training tuition for eligible girls entering grades 9th through 12th. Scholarships funded by grants from the Ellis Trust.

Supports individuals who have completed the Gatehouse program and individuals with spina bifida or other related disabilities who are living out in the community. The program also helps adults with spina bifida to locate housing in the community of their choice.
