Reaches out to all members of the Hispanic community and promotes Hispanic culture in the Greater Hazleton area and beyond. Services to help guide people through the citizenship and immigration process. Offers a course that prepare person to take the U.S. citizenship test and ESL courses. Shares Hispanic culture with the community, cultural events. Also gives music class for kids, free basic computer courses and various cultural and folkloric workshops for kids and adults.

Helps kids learn life lessons while they build bicycles. Students are paired with adult mentors, then spend 12 weeks learning how to fix and ride a bike they choose. At the end of the session, students earn their refurbished bike and a new helmet. Students enrolled in this program can also access others, including afterschool drop-in, Earn a Book, youth leadership, and cycling programs.

Provides integrated support services to remove barriers that may inhibit career advancement by offering adult education, bilingual sills training, job readiness, case management and employment services. Engages youth in social-emotional learning, mindfulness training, and topic-based conversations as they are guided through the writing process. Participants produce four to six original pieces of writing per year in the genres of narrative writing, informative writing, descriptive writing, and poetry. Program offered weekdays during the school year.
