Teaches at-risk children and teens artistic skills in a variety of disciplines to help them explore their life experiences and build confidence. Classes are held at UNC's Oppenheim Center for the Arts in Scranton, which is fully equipped with studio space for each artistic discipline. Dinner is served on weeknights. Classes focus on six arts disciplines: photography, theatre, dance, pottery, visual arts, and podcasting.

Operates an after-school program from September to May. Offers summer enrichment program at a designated Harrisburg City Park. Young Builders Club: Participants create different structures while using K'NEX, Legos and blocks.

Operates a senior center. Services include a daily congregate meal program, health screenings, recreational and socialization programs, educational seminars, wellness programs, driver's education courses, food services, day trips, and more. Provides information and referral to connect individuals to additional services as needed. Operates as a cooling station for those who cannot adequately cool their homes or do not have a place to cool down.

Provides independent living for individuals with disabilities. Features advocacy, activities, and nursing home transition.

Provides the community with meaningful educational and recreational experiences creating an awareness, stewardship and conservation of animals and plants.

Offers a goods for services exchange program involving the canning of organically grown produce. Provides instruction, equipment, and ingredients for canning, and participants keep a portion of the goods they can in exchange for their canning services. Delivers equipment to participants. Positions available on first come, first served basis.
