The primary service is assessment of caller needs, followed by sharing of information about and referrals to appropriate resources that will address client needs, questions and concerns. Maintains an extensive database of health and human services, including non-profit agencies and government programs.

Production of the Where to Call Guide, a quick reference booklet of Lancaster County resources.
