Offers grief support. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is a difficult and very individual experience. The Journey Program works to educate the community about loss and to provide support for individuals and families, so that they may maintain good health throughout the grieving process.

Offers age-specific peer support groups for children ages 3 through 17 years that meet every other week for one to one-and-a-half hours in the "talking circle" to share, play games, and do creative, hands-on, activities. Provides parents or adult caregivers an opportunity to participate in adult support groups to discuss concerns about raising children and teens in grief, and to share their own experience of grief.

Offers support for people who are grieving.

Grief support group for young adults ages 18-35. This support group can help with acknowledging and understanding grief, expressing and accepting feelings, coping and stress, developing supportive relationships, and the use of art, writing and music in the grief journey. Check with hospital for current schedule.

Provides a peer support program designed specifically for children and their families who have suffered the death of a loved one, such as a parent, sibling, grandparent, or close family member. Offers an environment where grieving children and their families can discover they are not alone in their grief by interacting with others who have encountered similar losses.

A support group open to all those who have lost someone special however recent or long ago. Provides mutual support and resources.

Provides bereavement services that has one-on-one meetings with staff trained in grief and loss, supportive phone calls, support groups for general and specific loss issues. Grief seminars and educational opportunities, quarterly newsletters, community resources and referrals, grief camps for adults and children and memorial services are also offered.

Offers seminars and support groups led by people who understand loss and grief. Provides access to GriefShare resources to help individuals recover from loss and look forward to rebuilding life.

Provides mutual support groups for individuals experiencing a variety of illnesses and conditions, including grief, sleep apnea, Parkinson's disease, and transplant surgeries.

Offers a weekly grief support group for anyone grieving the loss of a spouse, child, family member or friend. Provides information and support that will held someone through this difficult time in life. Child care is not available.

Provides therapy, trauma workshops, support groups, and mental health education for children, teens, adults, and families impacted by gun violence. Also provides trauma education and training for staff of partner community organizations designed to help staff support one another while working in vulnerable communities impacted by gun violence.

Provides peer to peer grief support following the loss of a baby, including miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth. and infant death. Also offers literature, educational programs, training workshops, and group development assistance.

Provides a seminar and support group for people who are grieving a loss. Providing a place where you can be with people who understand the emotions and feelings that come with losing a loved one. GriefShare is a 13 week video seminar series combined with support group discussion of the materials presented during the video. Each session is “self-contained" and a person may join at any time.

Provides a safe-haven for the bereaved to share and express their emotions of their loss in a confident environment. Also offers a six-week series held quarterly throughout the year titled "Coping Through the Holidays."

Provides care to the terminally ill on a 24/7 basis. Offers nursing, social work, aides, volunteers, and counselors. Bereavement services including support groups are provided for families and friends. Offers both in-home and inpatient care.

GriefShare is a special thirteen-week video series and bereavement support group. Group provides comfort and encouragement during the difficult time of grief.

Provides peer-to-peer grief support groups to youth, grades K through 12th, and their adult caregivers after the death of someone close to them. Peer groups are available for children, teens, and young adults. Kindergarten to 2nd grade-aged children attend groups together with their caregivers. Caregivers can also meet separately in adults-only group meetings. Also offers specialized grief supports for Spanish-speakers, LGBTQIA+ youth, justice-involved students, and youth homicide survivors throughout the year.

Offers several online support groups that focus on mental health from a variety of perspectives and challenges. Groups include Anxiety & Depression, Black Minds Matter, Body Image, Borderline Personality Disorder, Chronie Pain & Chronic Illness, Connection Wellness & Recovery, Creative Minds Art Sharing, Family, Grief & Loss, LGBTQIA+, Moving Forward Goal Setting, Survivors of Suicide Loss, Welcome/Orientation, Veteran & Military, and Women's.

Provides grief counseling, peer support groups, and education for children and adults facing death, dying, and losses of health or ability.
