This support group can help with acknowledging and understanding grief, expressing and accepting feelings, coping and stress, developing supportive relationships, and the use of art, writing and music in the grief journey. Heartworks is a family-based peer support program for grieving children, teens and their families that offers peer-support for groups: Ages (4-6) Preschool. Ages (7-9) Elementary Ages (9-12) Middle School Ages (13-17) High School. Parent(s)/ cargiver(s) of enrolled children/teens Exploring spiritual issues with the goal of obtaining peace.

Provides a special weekly seminar/ support group for people who are grieving the death of someone close. It's a safe place where you can be around people who understand how you feel and the pain of your loss. Running for 13 sessions, at Grief Share you'll learn valuable information that will help you through this difficult time.

Offers a coffee, crafting, and grief community support group.

Provides peer-to-peer grief support groups to youth, grades K through 12th, and their adult caregivers after the death of someone close to them. Peer groups are available for children, teens, and young adults. Kindergarten to 2nd grade-aged children attend groups together with their caregivers. Caregivers can also meet separately in adults-only group meetings. Also offers specialized grief supports for Spanish-speakers, LGBTQIA+ youth, justice-involved students, and youth homicide survivors throughout the year.

Provides a six week educational and support program facilitated by Family Hospice bereavement counselors. Creates a safe supportive environment for the group to explore the impact of loss and how to cope with grief in a healthy manner.
