Provides an opportunity to meet with others with living children as well as those who have lost children form a special kindred â?? different from Compassionate Friends or Resolve Support Groups

Provides adult day programs and training, supportive employment services, children’s services-three approved private schools, medical rehabilitation, camp and respite programs, and residential and veterans’ services. The essential tools and resources provided enable individuals with disabilities to live their best life.

Conducts engagements with the corporate and business community, community and civic organizations, and schools and universities. Presentations are approximately one hour in length. Provides information and referral services to individuals who are blind or vision impaired. This program was established to help individuals secure the support and services they need.

Offers online meetings to share common feelings and concerns, and learn about epilepsy and its treatment.

Autonomous group of individuals who share a common problem or concern, either directly or through their partners and families, who meet together on a voluntary basis, either in-person, by telephone or via the Internet, to fulfill a need, overcome a disability or cope with a crisis. Members of mutual support groups share their experiences, strengths and hopes and rely on one another for emotional support, information and resources. Included are professionally-facilitated groups, faith-based and secular 12-step models with or without professional participation, groups that use a set of guidelines prepared by a national organization or headquarters, and groups that have no professional participation and/or no specifically-structured format.

Provides support for patients, family, and friends diagnosed with ADHD.

Offers a variety of support groups on multiple topics including grief, bereavement, breastfeeding, childbirth, blood cancer, CPR, scleroderma, diabetes.

These meetings bring together experts and people diagnosed with breast cancer for networking and learning.

Offers Life Skills, Peer Support and Technology groups for individuals with visual impairments.

Support Group for those who have had or will be having bariatric services.

Offers mutual support groups whose members are people who have specific disabilities, and their families and friends.

Offers a support group for persons with disability limitations.

Provides trauma-informed support and counseling for individuals with chronic illness and substance use disorder. Uses a variety of activities to promote healing and support wellness, including support groups, dance, meditation, pilates, poetry, reiki, tai chi, breathwork, and yoga.

Provides families struggling with the challenges of caring for a loved one with opportunities for social events, education, and information-sharing.

Offers online resources, information, and support to Thyroid cancer survivors, their families, and friends.

Provides emergency medication assistance, support groups, epilepsy self-management, patient education, consultations, referrals to community supports, seizure response dog assistance, scholarships, and other services.
