Pride Bridge Builders program offers counseling and support groups for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) individuals, as well as individuals dealing with questions about gender identity. Also offers assistance for aging LGBT individuals/couples facing later-life decisions.
