Coaching addresses sexual health, education, homework assistance, job readiness, employment, conflict resolution, and trauma. Offers group activities that allow queer youth to strengthen their social support system and facilitate dialogue about how they can make an impact on their community through organizing.

Engages girls ages 11 to 16 in guided conversations/activities led by one or more trained staff or volunteers. Topics vary and may include school, relationships with family, social media, sex, drugs, gun violence, peer pressure, health, or whatever the girls identify as pressing issues for them.
