Serves children and families in Southwestern PA with foster care, adoption, caregiver support, and medical wraparound services. Assists caregivers in identifying and accessing programs and services to meet the needs of children (age 0 to 17) in their care. Program provides an in-home assessment and resource coordination to support children and caregivers to promote well-being and support healthy positive functioning within the family.

Provides support to mothers living within the community and to women who successfully discharge from the maternity home with opportunity to participate in a free, 12 week program that will help increase parents self-care practices through a positive strength based approach looking at experiences from their childhood to improve relationship with their child. Monthly support offers a meal and childcare.

Supports parents in affirming their child who identifies as LGBTQI+. The support of peers who struggled to accept and affirm their own child’s identity has been found to be helpful to parents who are facing the same emotional challenge.
