Bridge to Success is to help build on the skills to help our teens live safely, happily, competently, and independently as adults.

Offers a support group. Hosts a weekly class that encourages one another and learns important life skills as well as lessons from the Bible. Provides monthly social activities that include the kids and quarterly activities just for moms where we supply free childcare for infants through students in high school.

Offers an Early-Stage Social Engagement Program that provides a fun and comfortable way for people living in the early stage of Alzheimer's or other dementia to get out, get active and get connected with one another through a variety of social events and community-based activities determined by individual needs and interests of the participants and that promote social interaction and companionship.

Provides a peer-run resource center connecting the public to community resources and Workforce/Employment which includes employment skills, career counseling, high school equivalency assistance and reentry assistance. Operates a school-based family resource center providing connections to resources. Offers services such as relationship-based support from a dedicated coach, referrals to community resources, events, and family engagement activities, access to computers and printers, community clothing closet, and emergency food and household items.

Provides recreational activities for children ages 3 to 6. Focuses on social development, independence, the development of new friendships, and the strengthening of self-esteem. Children are placed in coeducational groups by age. Activities included swimming lessons, recreational swimming, music, drama, arts, crafts, nature, computers, sports, games, and themed weeks.

Provides social and recreational opportunities for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (HoH) children and youth to interact with other members of the Deaf and HoH community. Weekly activities and special events are available.

Provides a social group for adults age 55 and older that meets weekly to have a free lunch, play cards, games, learn skills, crafts, get pertinent information, and have fun.

Provides a consumer-directed social club. Members meet monthly to plan their own social calendar of events with minimal assistance from staff.

Provides Christian adults who walk LIFE on LIFE with students through mentoring relationships.
