Provides holistic support services for immigrants and refugees. Assists elders, adults, and families on employment support, digital literacy, Digital Navigator helpline, naturalization assistance, public benefits, health insurance, intimate partner violence, ESL, health access, information and referral, case management, advocacy, community programs, and collaboration with other health care and social service providers. Provides voter registration, voter education, and voter protection supports.

Examples of services completed include building ramps, tutoring, visiting, grocery shopping, computing, knitting, serving, and driving. The program includes adult basic education, English as a Second Language (ESL), high school equivalency GED instruction, health literacy, computer literacy, workforce development programs, career counseling, support service counseling, college access counseling, workshops, and volunteer training.
