An organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Provides assistance with daily tasks and encourage participants to stay active and connected. Volunteers also provide needed respite for caregivers so they can run errands, take a needed break or tend to themselves, their families and other commitments. Recruits volunteer Adults 55 or older who want to share their experience and compassion for others to become a Senior Companion. Senior Companions receive a small tax-free financial stipend, training, and transportation cost (mileage) reimbursement.
