Two retreats focus on leadership skill training to enhance personal growth - Executive Orientation Services: Offered to new executives and their spouse/partner and consists of 5 sessions. Topics covered similar to the Core Class. Offers networking opportunities - Leadership Advantage: One-day workshop designed to offer a wide range of topics that support the work of volunteers and staff in non-profit organizations. Accounting, fundraising, board development and training are among the topics discussed - Board Leadership Academy: Series of half day sessions for non-profit board members and senior staff desiring more effective performance in their leadership roles
