Provides services to children and young adults have serious emotional and mental health problems. Children receive intensive services at home or in school to help them reduce or replace problem behaviors with more positive, socially appropriate behaviors. Following an initial assessment, case managers involve both the child and the family in planning for services that may include psychological testing, psychiatric evaluation, mobile or behavioral therapy, and therapeutic staff support (TSS).

Provides a behavior modification plan in conjunction with family members, teachers, and other individuals involved with the child.

Provides a range of services to children with Autism and to children who are having behavioral difficulties in Delaware County and parts of Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, including: A) Behavior Specialist Consultants B) Case Management C) Mobile Therapists D) Psychological Evaluations

Provides therapeutic intervention to children with serious psychiatric conditions. This services allow the management of crises while the child is maintained in community settings, thus avoiding hospitalization.

Provides support for children, youth and families to achieve and maintain appropriate functioning that will transfer to community, home, and the school environment. School Therapeutic Services provide support to children and youth who have emotional and/or behavior problems that make it difficult for them to learn in a classroom setting.

Offers Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to youth and young adults. Services are provided in the home, school, and/or community setting as deemed necessary by the consumer's treatment team.

Provides wraparound services for any child or adolescent with a medical diagnosis. Trained staff provide support to children diagnosed with the following: autism , behavioral health issues , developmental delays, mental illness , intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Provides in-home therapy to families, parents/caregivers and adolescents struggling with substance abuse. Addresses behavioral problems, mood disorders, family dysfunction, poor communication, anger concerns, truancy, unemployment, home safety concerns. Sessions are 2-4 hours a week and are 6-12 months.

Provides a therapeutic nursery program for children having behavioral problems. The program operates during the school year and all week during the 7 weeks of summer.

Provides outpatient mental health services for individuals (children/youth age 5 and above, adults, and older adults), families, and couples. Services include individual counseling, couples/relationship counseling, family therapy, parenting education, stress management, behavior modification, play therapy, and career counseling. Group therapy is also available.

Community based alternative to traditional outpatient therapy. A therapist is placed on site at schools to meet the mental health treatment needs of students. Includes individual, family and group counseling.

Provides interventions and supports for children, youth, or young adults ages 21 and under with mental health, emotional, or behavioral needs. Collaborate with youth, families, and caregivers across settings to develop and implement goals and interventions through an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). Helps youth and caregivers to utilize learned skills to increase their ability to function socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in their natural environments.

Supports children to reach their academic and social potential in school settings through comprehensive behavioral health services within schools throughout Philadelphia. Services include individual therapy, behavior modification, and collaboration with caregivers and school staff to address behavioral concerns both in and out of the classroom.

Provides units that specifically work with individuals who are higher functioning, individuals experiencing chronic mental illness, and individuals with co-occurring psychiatric and chemical dependency issues, including a Trauma-Informed Women's Program.

Provides Behavior Specialist Consultation services utilizing an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) approach directly to the child and/or family in the home, school, day care, or other community program or setting. Directs the members of the treatment team regarding the appropriate clinical approach for a specific child with complex needs. Designs, directs and coordinates the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan.

Provides outreach services to children and their families with emphasis on individualized plans than are bio-psych-socially appropriate and culturally competent. The program design ensures that a child at risk for behavioral health issues gain access to necessary community based agencies. In addition to service acquisition, the program facilitates workshops for parents/caregivers and educators. The focal point of these workshops is to educate school staff and families about the child's system of care, resource development and behavior management.

Services include behavioral modification and coping skills, modeling, one to one and/or group rehabilitation, assessments, brief therapeutic interventions and crisis interventions, mobile therapy and behavioral health technician services.

Provides individual and family counseling, self-esteem enhancement, and behavioral reinforcement.

Provides in-home therapy to families, parents/caregivers and adolescents struggling with substance abuse.
