Counseling/therapy is provided to individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages to alleviate the symptoms of mental illness or restore previous levels of functioning. Treatment options include; counseling/therapy, medication monitoring and management through a psychiatric nurse and psychiatrist, and/or crisis services.

An intensive, non-traditional therapeutic program, that meets the needs of the family system. Services are provided for 32 weeks (8-month) treatment period, which can be lengthened or shortened depending on the needs of the family. The main goals of Family-Based Services is to empower parents to care for their children at home, to strengthen and maintain the family, improve coping skills, teach positive parenting, provide the family with case management, and to act as an advocate for the child.

Individual therapy involves meeting with an individual client to help with the client's present concerns. Rose Tree's Individual Therapy program offers counseling in the following categories:

• Depression
• Low self esteem
• Adult children of alcoholics
• Anxiety and stress
• Survivors of sexual abuse
• Interpersonal difficulties

Supports and assists women who are survivors of Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) or victims of sex trafficking. Provides individual and group counseling to address social and psychological trauma; past sexual, physical, and mental abuse; post-traumatic stress disorder, and other issues.

Client and therapist meet once a week to discuss and explore issues of early recovery. Themes that may emerge are relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, physical and emotional trauma, spirituality and other life issues.

Provides Behavior Specialist Consultation services utilizing an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) approach directly to the child and/or family in the home, school, day care, or other community program or setting. Directs the members of the treatment team regarding the appropriate clinical approach for a specific child with complex needs. Designs, directs and coordinates the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan.

Provides confidential counseling services on a wide range of issues.

Offers individual, family, and couples marriage counseling.

Provides Case Management services through various levels of care which include Intensive Case Management (ICM), Resource Coordination (RC) and Service Case Management (SCM). These programs are designed to reduce homelessness and hospitalizations of persons suffering from severe and persistent mental illness.

Offers mental health assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. Areas addressed include a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, interpersonal difficulties, and general family issues; treatment plans offer a range of therapeutic modalities.

Offers a range of supportive health services, including mental health support and counseling, postpartum care, substance use disorder referrals, diabetes prevention, rapid STI testing, and free period products.

Offers a variety of trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ competent and culturally competent methods designed to help individuals through their individual Journey. Provides professional services to individuals experiencing a psychiatric or emotional crisis situation. Provides outpatient psychotherapy, including marriage counseling, family therapy, diagnostic and therapeutic services for children, adults, and seniors, and psychological testing. Provides Family-Based and BHRS services, psychiatric evaluations, and medication monitoring.

Provides community-based psychiatric treatment, outreach, rehabilitation, and support to individuals with severe mental illness who may have co-occurring problems and who may have had multiple psychiatric and substance abuse hospitalizations. This program aims to fulfill needs and achieve goals that have not been met through traditional office-based treatment and rehabilitation services. The Sellersville team also includes a Forensics Specialist whose primary role is to advocate for individuals as they move through the criminal justice system. The Forensics Specialist also serves as the team's liaison with the judicial system (e.g. police, county corrections, probation and parole officers, etc

Trauma therapy is provided by a licensed professional. Services are available on-site or may be via phone.

Provides counseling and therapy services for adolescents/youth age 14 and older, adults, seniors, and families.

Individual and family counseling services address the following areas of concern to children and parents: mental health and substance abuse counseling for at risk youth and families experiencing emotional, behavioral or situational difficulties related to family functioning, child or youth behavior, school attendance, substance use, and adolescent pregnancy issues.
