Offers outpatient behavioral healthcare services including:

Treatment is provided by psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers and licensed marriage and family therapists.

Provides cancer-focused short term support to individuals, couples, families, and children. Individual sessions can help those diagnosed and their supporters understand a new diagnosis, cope with ongoing treatment, adjust to the transition of life beyond cancer, and support members experiencing bereavement. Please Note: Many groups, programs, and events are virtual.

Provides specialized training and supports for both families and professionals who care for children and adults with challenging behaviors. Works with an individual and their care team to implement positive support strategies. Services can be provided at home, childcare, preschool, school, church, day program or residential living arrangement or in any setting in which supports are needed. Serve individuals aged 3 and older

Provides a combination of services and supports to an adult primary caregiver who provides care for a functionally dependent older adult at home. Services include benefits counseling, caregiver training and education. Financial reimbursement may be provided for ongoing care giving expenses, home modifications and assistive devices, based on qualifications.

Provides a holistic, client-centered approach to caring for older adults. Offers assessment and monitoring, planning and problem-solving, education and advocacy, family caregiver coaching, and referrals to local resources.

Provides support services for older individuals who care for children that are related by blood, marriage or adoption.

Offers counseling, education and financial help for caregivers of persons over the age of 60. Reimbursement of expenses like hiring help and purchasing consumables are available. With approval, can provide home modifications and/or assistance devices.

Provides reimbursement for care giving expenses for people caring for parents, spouses, children or relatives that live at home. Benefits provided include: financial reimbursements, adult day care, skilled nursing and household expenses, home modification or assistive devices such as ramps and wheelchairs. Information and referral on resources, respite care, benefits counseling, caregiver training, and care coordination may also be available.

Supports and assists caregivers of seniors with a range of educational programs and advocacy services.

Assists families in assessing their needs when taking care of older relatives. Services include some financial support, benefits advice, and counseling where caregivers are advised of benefits that are available to them.

Provides family counseling services to families whose children are struggling with significant emotional and/or behavioral concerns.

Provides support for those who care for another individual. May be able to provide reimbursement for supplies, services and respite that you use as part of your caregiving.

Offers a behavioral health program focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of behavioral, social, and emotional problems in individuals with developmental disorders. Services include: Diagnosis/Evaluation; Treatment; Team Approach; Individual and family counseling; Medication management; Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS); Psychotherapy; Anger management; Summer Therapeutic Activities Program (STAP); and Early Intervention fast track 0-3 years.

Techniques integrate nature therapy to help nurture individual needs and help caregivers work through a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue, grief, trauma, identity loss, and family relationship issues. Provides support and services to enable older adults to continue to live in their homes and communities. Services may include Care Management, Assessment, Protective Services, Information and Assistance, PA MEDI (Insurance Counseling), Health and Wellness Programs, adult day services, in home meals, personal emergency response system, personal care, transportation, and caregiver support. The agency also has 5 Senior Centers throughout the County in which participants can enjoy a Congregate Meal and Programming.
