Assists caregivers in identifying and accessing programs and services to meet the needs of children (age 0 to 17) in their care. An intensive specialized children and youth program that works closely with parents with substance abuse concerns, caretakers, and providers to assist in maintaining the family unit or to return children to their homes as soon as possible.
