Crisis walk-in center for anyone experiencing a crisis. Indivudals will meet with a counselor and identify appropriate resources depending on their situation. Blended case management serices will also be offered.

Included are professionally-facilitated groups, faith-based and secular 12-step models with or without professional participation, groups that use a set of guidelines prepared by a national organization or headquarters, and groups that have no professional participation and/or no specifically-structured format. Also provides individuals with information, referrals and advocacy to community agencies. Provides accompaniment and legal advocacy during criminal and civil court hearings.

Crisis and Acute Care Services provides evaluations and make treatment recommendations for individuals in need. Emergency psychiatric evaluations are available as necessary. If inpatient treatment is needed the staff will assist in finding an inpatient facility and making a referral.

Aims to help parents create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment, prevent children from being placed outside of the home and reunify children who have been removed. Operates an emergency behavioral health crisis walk-in center that serves all individuals in need of emergency behavioral health care and treatment. Offers multiple on-site care services including a walk-in behavioral health urgent care, a 23-hour crisis observation unit, and post-acute crisis support that will connect recently stabilized individuals to community-based resources and a long-term care provider.

Provides immediate mental health care and evaluation for persons in a state of emotional crisis. Also has Crisis Mobile Team available to provide home/community crisis interventions.

Handles psychiatric emergencies for individuals 18 and older and for businesses located in the West Philadelphia area. Services include but are not limited to: on-site evaluations, arranging voluntary and involuntary hospitalization, and crisis intervention. Referrals come from Mercy Crisis Response Center, and through Philadelphia Behavioral Health System.

The emergency delegate is available 24/7 in both Franklin and Fulton Counties. The delegate will complete an interview with the person who will act as petitioner and completes the application determining the need for emergency treatment. If the delegate determines there are grounds, the petition is completed along with a warrant that is delivered to the police. The police then pick up and transport the individual to the emergency room for evaluation and where the doctor makes the final determination as to the need for admission (emergency treatment). If emergency treatment is needed, the delegate then reads the individual his/her rights and crisis begins to make referrals to various inpatient hospital settings until one is located. This may include gaining prior authorization with insurance companies.

A treatment team works with the family to design and implement a crisis/safety plan and, since at least one of the team members will be on-call at all times, families will have constant, direct access to their team; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
