Offers evaluation, treatment, and referral for additional care for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises such as psychosis, intoxication, substance withdrawal, and threatened or attempted suicide, among other conditions.

Provides comprehensive short-term inpatient care for people age 18 and older who are experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. Treatment is individualized, blending the following services:

• psychiatric evaluation
• psychiatric nursing assessment
• activities assessment/intervention
• individual/group therapy
• medication management
• family support/education
• social services/assessment/intervention

Offers a continuum of inpatient psychiatric care across the life span including: a designated Crisis Response Center (CRC) providing 24/7 assessments, specially-designed inpatient units for adolescents, adults, and older adults (with and without co-occurring substance use issues), and a private supportive residential program for adults and older adults.

Patients needing emergency behavioral health assessments are evaluated by a mental health professional to determine the appropriate level of care needed.

Provides timely emergency psychiatric evaluations for patients in crisis, as well as to arrange a professional referral for admission to any of needed services.
