Assists adults 18 years and older with functional disabilities resulting from mental illness. Helps individuals to develop, enhance, and/or retain psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal adjustment and/or independent living competencies, so that they can function as independently as possible.

Operates an outpatient community mental health clinic. Services include individual and group therapy, mental health evaluations, medication management, on-site and mobile psychiatric rehabilitation services, and a wellness program to bridge the gaps between mental and physical health care.

The goal of the Wellness Center is for the participant to be successful and satisfied in the role or environment of their choice. The Wellness Center is a program based on recovery, hope, personal growth and consumer choice. The staff at the Wellness Center will help a participant identify areas of need through an assessment period, and help you set, achieve and maintain a goal. Staff will provide ongoing knowledge and awareness, skills training and support, but the participant is in control of their recovery journey.

Provides voluntary rehabilitation program designed to promote recovery and instill hope among adults with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use challenges. Members work side-by-side with staff as colleagues to run the program, to learn or teach skills, and to offer support and resources needed to achieve a satisfying and improved quality of life in the community. Members work in one of three units: Member Services, Career Development, or Health and Wellness.

Provides Psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

Provides job coaching, counseling, development, and placement. Services are individualized and often take place at the employment site/home of the consumer.

Provides support to 16-25 year olds struggling with a mental health diagnosis. Some of the clubhouse's opportunities include:

• Skill building and resource development (for housing, education, employment, and social)
• Provides support in returning to educational settings
• Assists in experience building and application process for employment. On-the-job support is provided, as needed, with the supported employment program
• Offers social opportunities in the clubhouse and in the community

A vocational and psychiatric rehabilitation program for adults with mental illness. Learn skills that are useful in finding and maintaining employment within a supportive environment. Offers transitional, supported and independent employment.

Provides comprehensive psychosocial rehabilitation programming for adults with disabilities resulting from serious mental illness. Also offers a variety of social and vocational opportunities for its members.

Provides classes, individual practitioner meetings, and community exploration related to meet a client's recovery goal (a commitment of 5 hours per week). Class sizes are limited to allow for focused work among participants.

Treatments strategies that involve psychiatry, occupational therapy and psychiatric case management.

You will meet privately with a professionally credentialed clinician who speaks Russian and will listen to your concerns. The clinician will help you identify areas in your life that you would like to change and help you develop a plan to make these changes. You will meet regularly and be supported by the clinician as you take actions to bring about these changes. The clinician will arrange for you to see a PATH psychiatrist, if indicated. You will meet with a psychiatrist who will complete an evaluation and may prescribe medication for you. If you meet with a psychiatrist who does not speak Russian, your clinician will also attend the appointment and act as your translator. You may continue to see both the psychiatrist for medication appointments and see the clinician for therapy.

Provides psychiatric rehabilitation services that supports individuals to gain skills and resources, building on their own strengths, to be able to reach their own self-identified goals. A mobile service, delivered to clients weekly, by trained staff in their community.

Provides individuals with assistance in living, working, playing and learning in their place of choice with the least amount of professional intervention.

Utilizes telepsychiatry to deliver collaborative psychiatric assessment and medication management services to youth and adult participants. Services are delivered in our Fulton County outpatient office where individuals meet with our expert psychiatrists by means of telemedicine through a secured connection.
