The facility helps individuals suffering from drug addiction or dependency. It is necessary for detoxification to be completed beforehand, if required. Eligibility is determined by the nature of problems and the desire for treatment. Treatment costs are calculated on a per diem basis and charge to the client is based on the ability to pay. Additional funds are received from state and local public agencies.
