Eligibility is determined by the nature of problems and the desire for treatment. Treatment costs are calculated on a per diem basis and charge to the client is based on the ability to pay. Additional funds are received from state and local public agencies.

Provides a voluntary treatment program for men and women aged 18 and older dealing with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Offers structured treatment activities, individualized to meet the needs of each person entering the program. Individuals can expect to participate in group therapy multiple times per day, receive regular contact with a psychiatrist and sessions with a counselor. Stays vary in length from 21-90 days as determined by the clinical team. The focus is to develop skills through education and therapy to prevent relapse and build a foundation for the individual’s recovery journey to sobriety. Several medication assisted treatment (MAT) options, including Vivitrol and Suboxone, are available to treat substance use disorders while at Gage House.

Provides detoxification and short-term and long-term residential rehabilitation for substance use disorder. Patients may begin methadone, Suboxone or Vivitrol maintenance treatment in an inpatient setting, allowing stabilization physically and mentally.
