C) Outpatient Family Therapy: This program provides the family with education and support regarding the disease of chemical dependency (CD). We believe that families become ill when one or more members are chemically dependent and that the illness will progress without treatment. The program's goal is to offer awareness and alternatives to the frustration and confusion that results from the disease of chemical dependency (CD).

Provides an in-home clinical & case management service designed to eliminate the destructive impact of substance abuse problems within families. Comprehensive and coordinated intensive clinical and case management services are provided to families in which children or adolescents are identified as being at risk of child maltreatment, due to substance abuse issues within the family. Any family member or caregiver may be identified as experiencing a substance use disorder. Primary outcome benefits are alleviation of the risk of abuse and neglect of a child or adolescent and the elimination of substance abuse behaviors for the affected individual.
