Partial hospitalization programs are designed for clients who do not require 24-hour care but do need more intensive treatment that is available in outpatient services. Patients participate from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Sunday. White Deer Run of Williamsport and Cove Forge BHS of Williamsburg offer a transitional living facility, which provides a structured, supervised environment for patients requiring further support.

Screens clients to determine treatment/non-treatment needs. Provide supportive counseling and assistance with referrals. Provide re-entry services for the substance abusing/dependent client who is transitioning from incarceration or fulfilling criminal justice mandates. Monitor drug/alcohol use by performing breathalyzer tests and urine drug screens and report the results to the assigned probation officer or designee of the Court. Provide case management services to clients who have been in the criminal justice system. Case management provides linkage to treatment facilities if identified; recovery support services including; tangible needs (food, clothing); community resources (self-help groups); various housing needs; education; employment and training; and medical care.

Pathway To Recovery is designed to provide the structure and intensity of inpatient rehabilitation in an outpatient setting. Provided are evaluations, individual counseling, group therapy, intensive outpatient, referrals, life skills and prevention education.

Services include assessment, case management, detoxification programs, drug and alcohol counseling (outpatient and intensive outpatient), medication-assisted treatment programs, residential rehabilitation programs (short-term and long-term), and halfway house and recovery house programs.

Offers adult intensive psychiatric and dual recovery (mental health/substance abuse) treatment, including individual/group therapy and psychiatric consultation, are offered five days per week for adults age 18 and older.

Single County Authority (SCA) for substance abuse services in the two-county area. Responsible for the planning, funding, and coordination of local alcohol, gambling and other drug programs. Direct services provided by the Commission are Case Management, Prevention, Student Assistance Program services and trainings, Hepatitis C screenings and referrals. Treatment services are subcontracted to other agencies.

Provides traditional and intensive outpatient services to treat substance use disorder. Services include individual and group therapies, medication management, MAT support, and partial hospitalization. Some services may be available via telehealth.

The Center is a licensed methadone treatment program. Medication Assisted Treatment in conjunction with counseling and supportive services are provided to support those struggling with addiction to recover. Drug therapy and counseling program for recovering narcotic addicts from all socio-economic levels. All are medically and psychologically approved for methadone treatment. HIV/AIDS testing and counseling and TB testing for all clinic clients.

Provides day treatment for individuals with addiction to drugs and or alcohol. Individuals may attend 6.5 hours per day, up to 5 days per week in treatment.

Day Services program provides intensive mental health treatment to individuals through group and individual psychotherapy, psycho-educational groups, psychiatric consultation and medication management. Day Services offers supports for individuals who have been diagnosed with serious mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and have a history of problem sexual behavior to help live a safe and satisfying life. Topics addressed include: - Anger management - Sexuality - Self-esteem - Relapse prevention - Drug and alcohol issues

Promotes wellness and recovery for individuals affected by chemical dependence, enabling them to maintain abstinence and be productive citizens. Offers outpatient evaluations, as well as individual, group, and family therapy. Offers HIV testing and counseling.

Offers counseling and medication assisted maintenance treatment services for individuals with substance use disorder along with an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Offers Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Services for adults & adolescents. Provides level of care assessments and placement; Urine drug screening; individual, family and group therapy; Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP); and Outpatient Program (OP).

Offers partial hospitalization program. Services include medication management services, individual therapy, group therapy, experiential therapy, and family therapy.

Provides residential detox treatment for men and women in a 30-day program.

Offers weekly individual outpatient addiction treatment or intensive day treatment. Day treatment is three days/week participation and includes individual and group therapy, life skills and parenting education, and personal violence support.

Offers adult substance abuse counseling on an outpatient and intensive outpatient basis. Provide a comprehensive assessment, referral,drug and alcohol education, and individual and/or group counseling. Also provide aids to prevent addiction in the first place. Offer Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) for Opioid Addiction. Pysicians use Suboxone and Vivitol at treatment modalities.
