Provide re-entry services for the substance abusing/dependent client who is transitioning from incarceration or fulfilling criminal justice mandates. Monitor drug/alcohol use by performing breathalyzer tests and urine drug screens and report the results to the assigned probation officer or designee of the Court. Provide case management services to clients who have been in the criminal justice system. Case management provides linkage to treatment facilities if identified; recovery support services including; tangible needs (food, clothing); community resources (self-help groups); various housing needs; education; employment and training; and medical care.

Offers intensive day treatment for individuals with a substance use disorder. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) includes group and individual therapy which meets 4 to 5 days per week.

Provides outpatient substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment. Offers both a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program.

Offers a partial hospitalization program for those who need recovery services but no longer require inpatient treatment. The program is generally more than six hours per day.

Single County Authority (SCA) for substance abuse services in the two-county area. Responsible for the planning, funding, and coordination of local alcohol, gambling and other drug programs. Direct services provided by the Commission are Case Management, Prevention, Student Assistance Program services and trainings, Hepatitis C screenings and referrals. HIV/AIDS testing and counseling and TB testing for all clinic clients.
