Pathway To Recovery is designed to provide the structure and intensity of inpatient rehabilitation in an outpatient setting. Provided are evaluations, individual counseling, group therapy, intensive outpatient, referrals, life skills and prevention education.

Also provides an intensive outpatient program, which includes chemical dependency treatment for those in the middle stages of addiction who are stable and with interpersonal support.

Screens clients to determine treatment/non-treatment needs. Provide supportive counseling and assistance with referrals. Provide re-entry services for the substance abusing/dependent client who is transitioning from incarceration or fulfilling criminal justice mandates. Monitor drug/alcohol use by performing breathalyzer tests and urine drug screens and report the results to the assigned probation officer or designee of the Court. Provide case management services to clients who have been in the criminal justice system. Case management provides linkage to treatment facilities if identified; recovery support services including; tangible needs (food, clothing); community resources (self-help groups); various housing needs; education; employment and training; and medical care.

Offers adult substance abuse counseling on an outpatient and intensive outpatient basis. Provide a comprehensive assessment, referral,drug and alcohol education, and individual and/or group counseling. Also provide aids to prevent addiction in the first place. Offer Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) for Opioid Addiction. Pysicians use Suboxone and Vivitol at treatment modalities.

Offers a treatment program that is designed to treat individuals with a substance use disorder whose attempts at recovery may be complicated by mental health issues.

Provides day treatment for individuals with addiction to drugs and or alcohol. Individuals may attend 6.5 hours per day, up to 5 days per week in treatment.

Supervised, structured, full-day daytime activities and a continuing care program for individuals who have problems related to drug abuse who need treatment that is more intensive than in outpatient program.

Provides assessment, case management, detoxification programs, drug and alcohol counseling (outpatient and intensive outpatient), medication-assisted treatment programs, residential rehabilitation programs (short-term and long-term), and halfway house and recovery house programs.

Offers a partial hospitalization program for those who need recovery services but no longer require inpatient treatment. The program is generally more than six hours per day.

Offers Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Services for adults & adolescents. Provides level of care assessments and placement; Urine drug screening; individual, family and group therapy; Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP); and Outpatient Program (OP).

Changes is a school based D & A treatment program providing intensive educational and therapeutic intervention to adolescents age 14-21 struggling with addiction. Intake assessment with Clinical Supervisor Intake Phone.
