Offers services for individuals with substance use disorders. Provides screening and level of care assessment for substance use disorder, referral to treatment, and support until admission if space is not available in an appropriate setting immediately. Care management includes connections to other human services (through warm hand-offs), information and education about treatment options, peer support, and coordinated linkage to treatment and/or services. Also offers a Safe Place to Stay providing food, shelter, and professional support while individuals are waiting for appropriate treatment placement in the community.

Offers supportive, sober environment where individuals with substance use disorders may participate in social activities and connect with peers. Information and referral for various social service agencies, including 12-step programs, also available.

Provides daytime drop-in counseling services for adults with mental health challenges.

Provides recovery support services, recovery coaching, and Buprenorphine care coordination.

Offers a safe, comfortable, indoor environment for rest and respite, case management, mail services, referrals to legal assistance, HIV counseling and testing, Hepatitis C screening , referrals and assistance with accessing services including drug treatment and public benefits, specialized surveys, breakfast, clothing and hygiene products distribution, and more.

Provides support to individuals and families who are at risk of experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and/or food insecurity. Provides a day shelter providing an immediate and temporary place for individuals and families experiencing homelessness to stay during the day hours while they seek to regain permanent housing stability.

Connects individuals with resources. Offers educational groups to the public (Life Skills, Recovery 101 and Relapse Prevention). Offer a pool table, television, computers for job searching, coffee, talk with a Recovery Specialist, and etc.

Provides services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity and/or food insecurity.

Offers support groups for substance use disorders, including Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, SMART Recovery. A certified recovery specialist (CRS) is on-site three days a week. Also offers a food panty, fellowship, and sober events for the community.

Offers a drop-in space with peer-based recovery support and referral to services for individuals in recovery to focus on their health and wellness.

Offers peer to peer support, as well as support from volunteer partners and program specialists. Programming options include: Nutrition, Wellness, Exercise, Yoga, Tai Chi, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Panel Discussions, Lending Library, Life Coaches, Aptitude Testing, Financial Health, Computer Skills, Seminars, Resume and Job Preparation, GED and College Placement, Meditation, Life Drawing, Painting, Music, Movement, Poetry, Theater Arts, Dance, and Socials.

Offers homeless individuals Crisis Intervention and Continuing Care, Information and Referral to Local Drug and Alcohol and Mental Health Services. Recovery Specialist on Staff; Resource Coordination; Sober and Supportive Day Room Environment.

Provides recovery assistance to those that have the desire to be free from addiction. Social members and newcomers to the recovery process can drop by to eat or socialize and utilize the entire facility and all services offered.

Provides is a safe place for those suffering from addiction. Also for loved ones of those suffering addiction or suspected of addiction to come and get all sorts of information about the resources that are available. Offers: A) A Certified Recovery Specialist on-site so that if someone needs professional counseling or immediate placement into a rehab, we can accomplish that the same day. B) A medically assisted treatment (MAT) van from Gaudenzia Rehab services that can give prescribed injections for those in recovery. C) On-site computer and printer to apply for assistance, employment opportunities or research meetings, activities, and events to aid in your recovery efforts. D) View a variety of resources and announcements to aid in your recovery.

Provides assessment for substance abuse, and referrals for housing, employment, education, and drug/alcohol rehabilitation. Will provide a meal and box of groceries for those in need. Rec Center for youth provides a safe space for fun and offers snacks and meals. In conjunction with local law enforcement authorities, provides a location where offenders, both youth and adults, can work off court assigned community service hours.

Provides support for individuals with mental illnesses and/or substance abuse issues. Services include meals, social activities, educational programs, help finding accommodation and work, and access to showers, telephones, and computers; some transportation is available.

Offers recovery housing and peer to peer recovery services like Medication Assisted Recovery, Recovery Specialist Services, Life Skills classes, Recovery 101 groups, Recovery Planning Warm Hand off for Overdose Survivors, and Vocational Assistance. Offers social events like dances, workshops, and breakfasts.

Provides recovery meetings, support groups, food distribution, Narcan training and distribution, full-service kitchen, Certified Recovery Specialists, treatment and sober living referral, support for loved ones, and peer-to-peer recovery.
