Offers individuals access to needed resources in the community by assisting them in overcoming barriers and helping them bridge gaps between their needs and available resources. Services offered may include mentoring, connecting with the Recovery Community, securing a sponsor, etc. Core functions and activities include: recovery capital needs assessment for individual/family/community; recovery education and coaching offering recovery information, support, enhancement of self-management skills.

Provides outpatient substance use treatment for adolescents and adults. Services include initial assessment, individual and family therapy, peer recovery support, and case management. Also assists clients with accessing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), psychiatric services, or other levels of treatment as appropriate.

Provides services through group and/or one-on-one mentoring sessions. This Project is also provided to agencies in the community.

Offers peer to peer support, as well as support from volunteer partners and program specialists. Programming options include: Nutrition, Wellness, Exercise, Yoga, Tai Chi, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Panel Discussions, Lending Library, Life Coaches, Aptitude Testing, Financial Health, Computer Skills, Seminars, Resume and Job Preparation, GED and College Placement, Meditation, Life Drawing, Painting, Music, Movement, Poetry, Theater Arts, Dance, and Socials.

Offers recovery meetings, food distribution, Narcan, community events, a full-service kitchen, Certified Recovery Specialists, treatment and recovery housing referral, support for loved ones, and peer-to-peer recovery.

A community-based services and model of Case Management in which staff members work in teams to partner with adults in reaching self-defined goals in order to achieve the life they desire.

Offers a group meeting for individuals either recovering from or want to recover from substance use.

Offers specialized service for individuals who are in recovery from substance abuse and/or mental health. It is conducted by self-identified current or former clients of behavioral health services who have completed peer counseling and are certified to offer support and assistance to others in their recovery and community-integration process.

Provides public showers along with a hygiene kit, towel, and washcloth. Offers recovery services.

Provides check up support. The service is non-invasive, only provided at the individuals request.

Offers a program that allows for each client to be assigned to a horse for the duration of their stay to ensure each client's needs are matched appropriately with a horse that will allow them to be successful in equine activities. While learning to ride and care for a horse, a client can learn to increase their attention and focus, sensory perception, communication skills, emotional vulnerability, confidence, and self-esteem. The horse activities are taught and supervised by our highly–trained Ranch staff and therapeutically processed with Malibu’s Clinical staff.

Provides a drug- and alcohol-free, safe environment that supports Lawrence County's recovering community. Connects individuals new to recovery with those who have experience in recovery. Provides assistance, support and encouragement.

Offers dedicated pregnancy and postpartum support services for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) or Stimulant Use Disorder. Services include one-on-one peer recovery support, warm handoff referrals to Opioid and Stimulant Use Disorder treatment, care coordination among mental health, physical health, and pregnancy/postpartum health (i.e., obstetrics), and ongoing family recovery education. Provides comprehensive wraparound support for pregnant and parenting people.

Offers supportive, sober environment where individuals with substance use disorders may participate in social activities and connect with peers. Information and referral for various social service agencies, including 12-step programs, also available.

Offers education, advocacy and peer-support services. Services include life skills training and mentor project through three regional coordinating offices: Pro-Act, Rase Project, and Message Carriers. Provides training on addiction treatment and recovery, youth support groups, a peer support mentoring program, and advocates for recovery.

Provides personalized recovery support through Certified Recovery Specialists for individuals with substance use disorder.

A peer to peer program where certified peer specialists partner with clients and share personal experiences to assist the client in recovery.
