Offers summer and winter activities such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, golf and tennis lessons, basketball league and instruction, dodgeball, volleyball, and hockey.

Health and wellness services include personal and small group training, fitness consultations, exercise classes, virtual workouts, and nutrition counseling. Youth programs include camps, gymnatics, sports, dance, art, music, science, martial arts, swimming lessons, recreational and competitive swimming, college readiness, civic engagement, and career readiness. Also offers special needs programs.

The PA CareerLink is a one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other pre-employment guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Provides recreational activities for children ages 3 to 6. Focuses on social development, independence, the development of new friendships, and the strengthening of self-esteem. Children are placed in coeducational groups by age. Activities included swimming lessons, recreational swimming, music, drama, arts, crafts, nature, computers, sports, games, and themed weeks.

Allows kids, adults, and families to obtain a membership at a reduced rate

Offers a high school internship program focused on entrepreneurship, technology, and financial literacy. Participants will receive a $595 stipend throughout the school year and a paid summer internship. Interns will have the opportunity to learn all facets of business operations first hand. Those required to complete community service hours can do so through our program.

Engages youth in social-emotional learning, mindfulness training, and topic-based conversations as they are guided through the writing process. Participants produce four to six original pieces of writing per year in the genres of narrative writing, informative writing, descriptive writing, and poetry. Program offered weekdays during the school year.

Provides a free, basic Technology Skills Training program. Adult students are matched with a volunteer virtually to gain skills in using their smart phones, computers and tablets. Students learn skills to stay connected with friends and family and access online resources for education, jobs, healthcare, shopping and community involvement.

An extension of Friendship Community, which provides value through artistic expression to Artists with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Offers day studio art classes. Individuals may attend full or half day sessions in the Day Program.

Offers free nutrition educatin programs to participants to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to acieve a healthful diet on a liminted budget.

Offers one-on-one career coaching, resume writing assistance, practice interviewing and personal branding pitches, job finding assistance, and connections to employers seeking diversity candidates. Also provides a fully equipped computer lab and ongoing group workshops to build computer and digital literacy skills.

Offers paid art-based work opportunities at two sites in Philadelphia. Participants work four consecutive days of four-hour shifts and earn $50 per day. More opportunities available after the first week and through partnership with PA CareerLink. Also teaches participants mural making and other art making skills. Department of Behavioral Health representatives are on-site each day offering social services support to participants.

Offers an academic program that includes math, science, social studies, and 2.5 hours of literacy instruction daily. Students also have classes in art, PE, music, and yoga. Additional services include college counseling, Saturday school, summer school, field trips, and social services for students and their families.

Provides clients with exposure to adaptive software that will enable them to operate many of the more popular software programs available, such as MS Windows and Internet Explorer. Through training in the use of adaptive software, clients will gain skills that will help them become marketable in their job search.
