Offers books, DVDs, and audiobooks for check out; public computer, Internet, and WiFi access; lecture programs; searchable databases; Daily Item microfilm archives from January 1, 1937 to the present; and copier, fax, and scan services. Exam proctoring also available.

Offers a soup kitchen with daily lunch and weekday breakfasts in a sit-down dining room, day shelter (cots, computers, phones, e-charging stations, and tables are available), and client assistance (clothing and personal items/essentials and counseling/case management). Also provides showers and mail services.
