Provides basic life essentials (vital documents, showers, clothes, and food); housing support; employment assistance (job search help, resume assistance, job readiness training, and entrepreneur support); educational support; motivational education, coaching, and life skills training; restorative practices; creative and recreational age-specific programs; community and a safe space.

Provides a safe, open environment where everyone is welcome, including children and youth for after-school hours. Provides career skills training for youth and individuals with low income. Assists individuals with learning about and connecting to various opportunities, supportive services, and resources in the community.

Provides vitally important support for people with significant mental health concerns who are in recovery Services Include: Transportation to and from the center , Social interaction activities , Trips and tours , Recreation , Skills training , Education, Support Services. Lunch is provided daily.

An alternative, non-residential environment for people who have mental, emotional or social problems and which may offer recreational activities, socialization, etc.

Babysitting services are available for children while their parents participate in activities at the YMCA facility. 24 hours notice is required for care of children under age 18 months; others can drop in during available care hours without notification. Hours are as follows: Mondays ----------------- Tuesdays from 8:45am to 11:00am Wednesdays -------------- Thursdays from 8:45am to 11:00am Fridays ------------------- Saturdays from 7:30am to 10:45am

A drop-in center (a day shelter) open to all adults. There are 3 meals a day, showers, lockers, assisting with IDs, an employment navigator, Street Medicine, parish nurses, case managers, intensive case managers for homeless individuals with mental illness, street outreach, coordinated entry, landlord engagement navigator, life skills, coping skills, and various housing programs offering short and long term rental assistance. Provides essentials such as food, clothing, and bathrooms, as well as services such as educational support, counseling, family reunification, and/or preparation for independent living.

Provides support for individuals with mental illnesses and/or substance abuse issues. Services include meals, social activities, educational programs, help finding accommodation and work, and access to showers, telephones, and computers; some transportation is available.

Our health promotion programs regularly include: exercise, managing chronic conditions, health assessments. Opportunities vary but include activities such as Tai Chi, line dancing, yoga, and classes on healthy aging including good nutrition , injury prevention, emotional well being, art and music. Classes are designed to be fun and interactive. Operates as a cooling center during extreme heat emergencies (Code Red).

Wellness classes, crafts, art and theater groups, and outdoor activities are all provided free of charge.
