Services Include: - Budget Planning - Homelessness Prevention Programs - Housing Assistance Programs - Case Management - Pre-purchase counseling for first time homebuyers - Reverse mortgage counseling - Parenting education

Dedicated to combating poverty in Carbon County. All programs have income guidelines. Agency provides case management services to assess each individual's needs and will provide information and referral to applicable outside and agency operated services based on that assessment.

Oversees various agencies in carrying out the Community Action Program (CAP) program.

Provides HUD approved counseling agency in conjuntion with Housing Development Corp. Assists with, landlord/tenant negotiation, emergency housing referral assistance, loan and grant program applications, pre-purchase counseling, post purchase counseling, and budget counseling.

Private, nonprofit service that provides assistance to people through a variety of programs. Program areas include, but are not limited to, GED tutoring and testing, Rental payment assistance, Homelessness prevention, Child Care Subsidies, Weatherization and home energy conservation programs, medical assistance transportation, utility payment assistance, and more.
