Provides life-skills instruction and guidance to children. Prevention Specialists teach in after-school programs including PAL centers; work in neighborhood summer day camp programs; and assist with local anti-drug marches, health fairs, and other special events.

Provides supervised social, physical, and intellectual activities for youth.
