Provides an emergency shelter that opens when a "Code Blue" alert is issued. Code Blue is issued when the forecast temperature, including wind chills, is expected to reach 45 degrees or lower, or a foot or more of snow.

Provides a multi-service facility that fulfills many social, emotional, and intellectual needs. Services include Meals on Wheels, a congregate meal program, fitness classes, a computer lab, arts and crafts, educational speakers, a mobile pet food program, tax assistance, form completion assistance, and trips. NOTE: Does not offer direct financial assistance. Operates as a cooling station for those who cannot adequately cool their homes or do not have a place to cool down.
