Serves as a hub of critical resources for persons at risk of or experiencing homelessness in the Phoenixville area. Resources include showers; drop-in case management (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday); and drop-in mental health and wellness counseling (Thursday). Also serves as a Code Red Daytime Emergency Cooling Center when the temperature reaches or exceeds 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
