Serves as a secondary source to disaster relief efforts; disaster defined as weather related issues such as floods, fire and extreme temperature. Secondary services available following the efforts of local emergency management agencies and American Red Cross. Funding, donated goods and services available to assist in an individual or household's recovery efforts if all other assistance has been exhausted.

A comprehensive information and referral program. The primary service is assessment of caller needs, followed by sharing of information about and referrals to appropriate resources that will address client needs, questions and concerns. Maintains an extensive database of health and human services, including non-profit agencies and government programs. Assists with the legalization of status and reunification of families. Provides consultation, general immigration services, family petitions, travel documents, applications and certificates of citizenship, replacement of lost/stolen cards, employment authorizations, translation/bilingual services, adjustments of status/"V" Visa and "K" Visa, and Lottery Applications.

Immigrant services include immigration consultation, assistance with paperwork such as green card or citizenship applications, adjustment of status "V" visas and "K" visas, family petitions and citizenship classes. Also provides English as a second language classes.

VOAD is a national non-operational umbrella organization that gives each of its members the privilege of independently, but cooperatively, providing and implementing its resources when responding to disasters. VOAD is committed to the philosophy that the time to train, prepare, and become acquainted with each other is best achieved prior to the time of actual disaster response. Serves as the central hub for disaster related response in Bucks and Philadelphia counties.

Provides long-term disaster recovery to those with unmet needs in the areas of case management, construction estimation, volunteer clean-up and rebuilding, emotional and spiritual support. Volunteers work in partnership with other local agencies.
