Provides community-based counseling centers that provide a wide range of counseling services. Individual and group counseling for Veterans, service members, and their families. Marriage counseling, family counseling for military related issues, bereavement counseling, and military sexual trauma counseling. Also, provides outreach, education and referral to VA or community events. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the experiences had during service.

Provides outreach to the veteran homeless community by helping homeless veterans with clothing, hygiene, food, and any other comforts they may need. Offers assistance to homeless veterans who have addictions and offer to get them into treatment if they desire. FSB can help get with shelter, employment, and other services. A homeless veteran qualifies for care through the VA even if it is not service connected. As long as they are under the care of a program, they will get the medical help they need.

Offers outreach and education to the Butler County community. This program is offered at no cost. Prevention, Education and Outreach (PEO) provides multiple programming topics surrounding social-emotional, gambling, tobacco, and drug & alcohol education and awareness. This service is free and open to any agency, organization or entity within Butler County.

Educates the community about child abuse prevention and drug and alcohol awareness/prevention. Provides court ordered supervised visitation services.
