    Women's Resource Center - Crisis Intervention

    Serves as a point of access for crisis counseling, safety planning, resources, referrals, and intake to the center's Safe House for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Advocates provide one-on-one assistance and address rape, child sexual abuse, incest, economic abuse, teen dating violence, emotional and verbal abuse, physical assault and threats of harm.

    Northeast Regional Cancer Institute - Community-Based Cancer Screening Navigation Program

    Provides help with low income, uninsured, and underinsured individuals who are not up to date with breast, cervical, colon and lung cancer screenings. This program provides individualized assistance to guide participants through the process of screening and if necessary, treatment and aftercare. The program also includes help finding resources to overcome barriers to screening, such as transportation and childcare needs, as well as matching participants with a primary care physician/practice for future preventative care.

    Loans books, DVDs, and other items to special populations within Susquehanna County. Books-by-Mail is a service for anyone who has difficulty coming to the library for any reason. For parents who teach their children at home, Outreach services provides special borrowing privileges, assistance in selecting books within a curriculum, and monthly programs during the school year.
