Advisors are available to go to homes to provide nutrition education for low-income clients. Also provides information on chemical safety, such as using pesticides, and advises which products should be used for a specific cause.

Offers outreach and education to the Butler County community. This program is offered at no cost. Prevention, Education and Outreach (PEO) provides multiple programming topics surrounding social-emotional, gambling, tobacco, and drug & alcohol education and awareness. This service is free and open to any agency, organization or entity within Butler County.

Provides prevention and awareness education programs that can be modified to meet needs of community member or group. Services are designed to be customized to be appropriate for any age group. Program topics include, but are not limited to: Agency services, Domestic violence, Sexual violence, Elder abuse, Protection from abuse orders, Screening for domestic violence, Workplace violence, Self-esteem, Dating violence, Healthy relationships, Anger management, Feelings, Personal safety, Stranger danger, 3 kinds of touches, Bullying, Date rape, and Stalking.

Works to improve the lives of youth, parents, and families in our area by providing educational program across the region. Services include comprehensive sexual education for school-aged youth, professional training for youth-serving providers, community workshops, and support to parents.

Provides volunteers to speak about programs and services of the organization for community groups, businesses, United Way campaigns, schools, etc. Presentations can be tailored to the group and time frame available, up to one hour.

Provides information, social work services, and general support that empower individuals with disabilities to live full lives in the community. Also provides client assistance grants once a year, taking requests for certain disability items from Chester County residents with physical disabilities The program includes: - Disability Advocacy - Disability related Information & Referral - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Counseling - Speakers educating interested groups and organizations in the community - Computers, free of charge, for clients to access e-mail and the Internet.

Provides educational services for the blind and visually impaired. Promotes public awareness for visual impairment. Conducts engagements with the corporate and business community, community and civic organizations, and schools and universities.

Classes cover the basics of HIV, modes of transmission, ways to protect yourself, etc. Classes and presentations are available for school and community groups as requested.

Provides speakers with expertise in their chosen areas of law and in communicating their knowledge and experience on topics such as adoption, bankruptcy, child and spousal support, elder law (wills, living wills, powers of attorney, grandparent's rights), dos and don'ts for setting up a small business, consumer rights and protection, creditors rights, and employment issues.

Provides speakers on health issues and outreach tabling at health fairs and community events.
